Will all umbrella poles fit through the hole in the middle of the blanket?
The hole in the middle of the Handy Beach Blanket is 3.5 inches (9 cm) long, providing a sufficient opening for any standard umbrella pole.
The blanket can slide over the top of the umbrella pole or the pole can be driven through the hole while its lying on the sand.
For poles with wide Auger screws you will need to slide the blanket over the top of the pole.
Will the Handy Beach Blanket stay in place on windy days?
We understand the frustration of having a beach mat that flaps around in the wind.
Featuring four pockets on the underside of the mat, you can add more than 20 lbs of total weight to keep the blanket's corners firmly in place.
