Your privacy choices

  • Request access to the personal information we collect about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
  • Receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format

How to exercise your rights

Email us at privacy@handybeachgoods.com with the request you'd like to make. Because we operate exclusively online and deal with our customers directly, email is our designated method for submitting requests.

Global Privacy Control

If you visit our site with the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal enabled, we will treat that as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser and device you are using. If we can associate that device with an account, we will apply the opt-out to the account as well. You can learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.

Verification

For your security, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf — we will ask the agent for proof that you have authorized them, and may need to verify your identity with you directly.

Response times

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days, as required by applicable law. If we need longer, we will tell you why and how much additional time we need.

Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You will not receive a different price, a lower level of service, or any penalty for making a request.
