Our Warranty Promise (+)

We stand behind the quality of our Handy Beach Umbrella & Anchor System. The anchor is covered by a 5-year limited warranty, and the canopy is covered for 2 years, both against manufacturing defects under normal use. If something isn’t right due to how it was made, we’ll repair it, replace parts, or provide a replacement product.

Our warranty is designed to support real beach use—but like all outdoor gear, performance depends on proper setup, conditions, and care. It doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or things like storing the product in wet conditions.

If you notice an issue, just reach out to us with your order details and a quick photo or video. We may ask to inspect the product and will guide you through next steps.
